Ahh.....family time. That's one of our favorite things. With the Holiday weekend, we got a little time away. Last night, we went to Lake Hefner. As much as we miss those Cali. beaches, Hefner is a nice second. We got to hike in the rocks, play on the playground, and have a picnic. The only bummer was that we were not the only ones with this idea. The place was packed!Today we went to "White water" which is our Oklahoma water park. I remember as a kid it seemed so much bigger. We were dreading the crowds before we left but decided to make the most of it. It ended up not being too bad. We had family that met us there and so we all got to trade off going on the slides. Can't wait for our next family night!!
