I love Friday mornings. Merrick and I go to McDonalds and have breakfast every Friday before I take him to school. Merrick is my brilliant 7 year old second grader. We started our Friday breakfast tradition earlier this year celebrating Merrick testing in the 98 percentile of readers in 2nd Grade. He reads and comprehends at a 4th to 5th grade level. Yeah, I know he is my little genius, and I love bragging about him. But even more, I love our special Daddy and son time every Friday morning at McDonalds.
