Well, I've been reading a lot about people checking on their insurance rates and comparing them with other companies. I have been meaning to do this for a while. Last month I took the plunge and ended up getting quotes from several companies.
We have decided to switch our auto/home insurance to a different company. For the same coverage, we saved 50% on auto and about $400/yr on home! That comes out to about $90 a month saved. Can you believe that? I would recommend checking your quotes each year to make sure you are getting the best price for your family. Make sure and have your current policy right by you so you can make sure you are getting the same coverage. Even though it's cheaper, you don't want to lose out on the better options. I only wish I hadn't waited so long!!
