Todays tip was:
"Eat more fruits and less deep fried foods"
Really? Seriously? I did not realize that! I'm so glad they told me because I was just about to eat a chicken fried steak and french fries with some deep fried oreos rather than my fruits and veggies.
Just had to laugh.
